1. The service
HadirQuGO provides QR attendance, attendance gamification, and a management panel for organizations. The service is operated by Alphabet Incubator.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account confidential. One account per person.
3. Organizations and roles
The organization Owner is responsible for the members they invite and the data entered into their organization, including obtaining any required consent.
4. Subscriptions and payment
New organizations receive a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. After that, subscriptions are annual and paid in advance through the web panel.
There is no automatic renewal. After the active period ends, there is a 14-day grace period.
Each plan has a member limit. When the limit is reached, new members are held until the plan is upgraded. Owners, Admins, Attendance Officers, and Guardians are not counted.

5. Prohibited use
Recording attendance on someone else’s behalf, faking your location, sharing another person’s QR code, disrupting the service, or using HadirQuGO to break the law.
6. Organization data
Attendance data remains the property of the organization. We process it to run the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the service available, including an offline mode for scanning. We announce scheduled maintenance in advance.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Termination
Organizations may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
