- Dynamic QR
- The code changes every 10 seconds and is tied to one account. A friend’s screenshot does not work.
- Attendance officer
- Scans the QR on a member’s phone or a printed card, or records by hand. Can be limited to certain groups and locations.
- 72-hour offline mode
- Scans stay on the officer’s phone and send themselves once online, with the original scan time. Members still have their QR without a signal.
- Geofencing
- Check-ins are only accepted from the organization’s area. One organization can have several locations.
- Shifts and workdays
- Schedules per group. A night shift that runs past midnight still counts as one workday.
- Online work sessions
- For teams working from home, recorded separately from on-site attendance.
- National holidays
- Synced automatically, so they are not counted as absences.
