What is HadirQuGO?
QR attendance for schools and companies, with points, levels, and rankings that make people want to arrive early.
Which phones does it work on?
Any phone with a browser. The Android app is coming to Play Store, iOS follows.
How long until we can use it?
Sign up takes about five minutes. Then invite members with a link or a code.
Attendance
What if the internet is down on site?
Scans are still accepted and kept on the officer’s phone for up to 72 hours, then sent automatically with the original scan time.
What about members without a phone?
The attendance officer scans a printed card or records attendance by hand.
How do you stop buddy punching?
The QR changes every 10 seconds and is tied to one account. Geofencing rejects check-ins from outside the area.
What about night shifts?
The workday follows the shift, so a shift that runs past midnight still counts as one day.
Privacy and data
Are members’ locations tracked?
No. Location is only read at check-in, to confirm the member is in the organization’s area.
Who can see attendance data?
The member and the organization’s managers. We do not sell data.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Indonesia (AWS Jakarta).
Pricing and payment
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a yearly plan on the web. The first year is 25% off.
Who counts toward the quota?
Participants or employees, and teachers or supervisors. Owners, admins, attendance officers, and guardians are not counted.
Is there automatic billing?
No. You pay once a year in the web panel and renew it yourself.
