About payment

How do I pay?

In the organization’s web panel, with the methods available through Midtrans. Payment is not made inside the app.

Is there automatic billing?

No. You pay once a year and renew it yourself when the active period is nearly over.

What if members go over the quota?

Existing members keep working. New members wait until the plan is upgraded. Managers, attendance officers, and guardian accounts are not counted.

What happens if I forget to renew?

There is a 14-day grace period. Attendance keeps running while you renew.
